Short Stories: Eats

Here is the concept: I get an appetizer, entre and dessert in three separate restaurants. Yum.

This was all shot in a three hour timeframe.

APPETIZER: These are papusas. Each is filled with beans and cheese. Served at Papusa Heat restaurant - 4808 Central Ave. in Charlotte.

ENTRE: Moules and Frites - fresh mussels. This version is made with white wine, shallots and fresh tyme.
